Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please write to us as soon as possible with your order number. Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible after shipment.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept all common payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure payment options at checkout.
How is my order prepared?
After your order, your package will be carefully prepared, packed, and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays and special promotions.
